FIA-SCC is a pure sports car race which started in 2001 as a
special-feature race next to F1 organized by FIA. FIA-SCC is held in 8
different circuits throughout Europe.
Two teams chose "Dome S101", we started selling in 2001 and they
immediately started racing with the chassis. S101 achieved outstanding
results including 3 wins in the debut year, and then won the series
championship in 2002.
The challenge in the third year has begun and we are sure we are in the
position to pursue he championship again with the strong teams as ever.
Racing For Holland
Racing For Holland is a Sportscar racing team run by Jan Lammers who
raced with TWR Jaguar and Toyota.
Though Jan was racing for a long time, it was only three years ago when
he established his own team. As you can see from the name, most of the
supporters are from Holland. They used Lola chassis before they
purchased the newest S101 in 2001. In 2001, the Dome won the final round
at Nurburgling despite the tire handicaps and astonished the world. At
the Le Mans in the same year, the Dome qualified in a sensational 4th
place on the grid and was the only car to split the dominant Audis. In
pouring rain, Lammers even drove in the lead and impressed the audience.
Racing For Holland raced both at FIA-SCC and Le Mans in 2002. At the
opening of the FIA Sportscar Championship at Barcelona Val Hillebrand
wastes a sure win by spinning off the track but until then he showed
overwhelming strength by running 20 seconds faster than the followers.
They won the third round in Bruno and the fourth in Magny-Cours. Racing
For Holland can be said the fastest private team so far.
